At Spring Harvest we believe everyone should have the opportunity to encounter the life-changing ministry that happens every year - the worship, teaching, community and space to grown. We know that for some the cost of attending can be a barrier. The Everyone In Fund is our way of saying You're invited too.
This is not about handouts. It's about helping remove obstacles for those who couldn't otherwise attend.
Spring Harvest does not hold a reserve fund for this. All help we can offer is raised from scratch, year by year through the generosity of our supporters - including those we call Spring Harvest Heroes - individuals who pray and give regularly to sustain our ministry and through grants and other donations.
If you are a church leader or group organiser and would like a family to come to Spring Harvest but they are in severe financial hardship, we may be able to help through our Reference Application scheme - so please look there too.
Apply for your discount code before booking. Complete the form giving details of your benefit and situation. Let us know how you plan to book and how many will be with you on your booking.
For best results, complete the form on a phone or tablet so you can photograph your proof of benefit.
If you are not coming but your child wants to and you receive a benefit, please speak to us before applying.
Applications are reviewed regularly. If you are successful we will send you a discount code to use when you book.
The discount will be a percentage discount off the cost of your accommodation (not meals or other extras). Your saving will depend on what is available when you book and your choice of accommodation.
You should not assume your application will be successful.
Book your accommodation with Butlin's. Use the discount code we have send you. We'll tell you how to book when we send it. If you are part of a group you may have to make your own booking which can then be joined to the rest of the group.
All Spring Harvest bookings are subject to Butlin's standard terms and conditions.
Send us your booking confirmation, so we can calculate how much discount you've had and check that the code has been used correctly.
You are responsible for paying for your booking.
We can't help you beyond any discount off the cost that we have offered.
Butlin's auto pay is available to you and you can also pay towards your balance at any time through Butlin's website.
We hope you can join us, but if you have to cancel your booking, please let us know.
If anyone uses a discount code without our authority, the discount will be cancelled and they will be responsible for the full cost of the booking.
If you do not follow this process and you book before asking for help, we may not be able to help towards the cost of your booking.
If you are in difficult financial circumstances such as needing to rely on food banks or other support services you can apply for a discount off the cost of a Spring Harvest booking. We will ask about your circumstances and whether you receive any of these state benefits.
If you don't receive a benefit but will have genuine difficulty in joining us because of the cost you are welcome to apply. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can join us, regardless of their financial situation.
We can offer this help because of the generous giving of friends and supporters.
The help we can give is limited and we are sorry but once the fund is used up we will not be able to take any more applications, so please apply as soon as you can.
